Scream On The Green

If you’re looking for some in the heart of Houston, then this annual costume contest is perfect for you and your family! There’s plenty of games, candy, and prizes right on Discovery Green. If you think your costume rocks, don’t forget to participate in the annual citywide costume contest! There are plenty of opportunities to win with over 6 different costume categories to enter! It’s fun for all ages.

Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival 

This festive event at the Nature Discovery Center takes place October 17th and 18th! Find your perfect pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, and explore the grounds full of rides, vendors, and carnival fun!

Hocus Pocus Pops Concert 

At the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion you’ll discover a fun evening full  of spooky sounds and bone-chilling music! On October 23rd, come dressed to impress and explore the haunted grounds on the Great Pumpkin Express! Parking is only $10, and lawn seating is free!

Boo On The Boardwalk 

Just right outside of Houston, you can visit the Kemah Boardwalk where you’ll find a variety of Halloween-themed activities. Take the little ones around for some trick or treating and pumpkin decorating. For some real thrills and scares, check out the terrifying Dungeon of Doom Haunted House for some adult spooks and fun!
